Individual Therapy
I work with adults (ages 25+) offering virtual appointments using a secure video platform. You might benefit from working with me if:
- You’ve never tried therapy before or you’re unsure if you “really need it,” you worry that you’re taking someone else’s “spot who needs it more than you do”
- You’re an adult child of immigrants or an immigrant yourself and feel caught in between two cultures
- You love your family but your relationships with them are complicated and you’re wondering how things might look different
- You have a hard time talking about your feelings and knowing what to do with them
- You are generally struggling with everyday life stressors or anxiety
