Greetings
I’m Dr. Vallejo
I am a licensed psychologist based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with more than ten years of experience in providing psychological services across diverse settings. My clinical work includes psychological assessment and interventions focused on general mental health and wellness, mood concerns, ADHD, immigrant experiences, racial/ethnic identity, and somatic concerns.
I am happy to provide services in English, Spanish, and of course Spanglish. Cultural humility has and always be a guiding principle in all the work that I do. My approach to care is a balance between practice supported by research and recognition of the limits of our existing research while valuing a person-centered holistic approach. I don’t believe I can be a “blank slate” but I will do my best to hold a nonjudgemental space where you can feel supported, heard, and challenged when needed.
In addition to my clinical work, I am an experienced presenter, taking pride in delivering messages to audiences that help reduce mental health stigma and improve mental wellness.
