What is an immigration psychological evaluation?

An immigration psychological evaluation is a clinical assessment used to support immigration cases such as asylum, hardship waivers, U visas, and citizenship exam waivers (N-648). The evaluation documents psychological symptoms, trauma history, and relevant clinical findings in a clear, court-ready report.

Yes. Adult therapy and ADHD assessments are available via secure telehealth for residents of Wisconsin and Florida, in accordance with licensure regulations.

That’s very common. A free 15-minute consultation allows us to talk through your concerns and determine the best next step—without pressure or assumptions.

Results vary depending on your needs and goals. Some people notice improvements after a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Consistent participation and openness help create meaningful, lasting change.

Absolutely. Much of my work focuses on immigrants and adult children of immigrants navigating cultural identity, family expectations, stress, and life transitions. Services are provided in English, Spanish, and Spanglish.

Yes, I am in-network with The Alliance WI and Advocate Aurora Health (via Meritain Health).

If you have out-of-network benefits you can often be reimbursed for a percentage of what you pay for your care. You may want to contact your insurance company with the following questions so that you understand your benefits:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • What is the rate (percentage) of reimbursement?
  • Do I have a deductible to meet first?
  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions?
